You must have an Android phone

With a smartphone, you can easily download and work with the Pathao Drive app.

You must have a driving license

To be a rider of Pathao, you must have a valid driver’s license.

You must have bike registration documents

To register your bike with Pathao, you must have your bike’s valid registration documents.

Frequently Asked Questions

To become a Pathao Rider > download the Pathao Drive app from Playstore > Choose your city (Kathmandu) > Choose your vehicle ('Bike') > sign up with your phone number & upload the required documents and sign up for Bike. You can also sign up from the website. Please bring the following documents during your training session: - Valid License (professional /non-professional) - Valid Bluebook - Valid Registration paper For more details, please attend the training sessions.

It might be because of the following reasons: a) Incorrect payment details/ bounced payment b) Disqualified due to fraud c) Insufficient completion rate d) Oversight/ back-end error

Firstly, please check whether your quest is completed or not. Checking Process: Pathao App>Income>QuestHistory>then check if you have completed the quest and if the quest is completed, your quest amount will be added after 4 pm on working days (From Monday to Friday).

To update your documents, kindly take a clear picture of your bluebook (all pages), license & your passport size photo and send them on our Viber number 9801908584

Paying process: open your khalti app > Go to send an Request > Type your Pathao khalti number > Select the purpose > Write your name and number > Send (make sure that you have inserted your right mobile number and name)
